This position is an important member of the ministry's leadership team and works closely with the Executive Director, program staff, volunteers, churches, and community partners.

· Facilitate weekly staff meetings and promote effective communication and teamwork.

· Conduct or assist with staff evaluations in accordance with ministry policies.

· Make recommendations to the Executive Director regarding staffing, performance, and disciplinary matters.

· Coordinate program staffing and staff calendars.

Community & Organizational Support

· Assist with community outreach, networking, fundraising activities, and special projects.

· Coordinate program-related service projects involving churches, volunteers, donors, and community partners.

· Serve as a professional representative of Sharing Hope Ministry in the community.

· Assist the Executive Director with implementation of the strategic plan and annual organizational goals.

· Communicate program needs related to facilities, equipment, technology, and maintenance.
