Part-Time Dock Worker – Perishables Division
Location: Chelsea, MA
Schedule: 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday


OCEANAIR Inc., a trusted name in global logistics for over 40 years, is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Dock Worker to join our Perishables Division. This is a critical early-morning position focused on warehouse operations, helping ensure time-sensitive shipments are handled with care and precision.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must be punctual and dependable—4:00 AM start time is non-negotiable.
  • Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active during the shift.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a small, dedicated team.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus; training provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound perishable shipments and verify accuracy.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments promptly to meet tight delivery schedules.
  • Stock and rotate inventory in coolers using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method.
  • Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
  • Adhere to all company, TSA, and U.S. Customs policies and procedures.
  • Support special tasks or projects as assigned by the Department Manager.
