OVERVIEW:
Admin runners are responsible for completing tasks such as running errands, delivering messages, and performing basic office duties. This position requires a high level of physical activity, as Runners are often required to move quickly and lift heavy objects. Runners must be reliable, organized, and able to work well under pressure. This is a non-managerial position and may require working outside of regular business hours.
Responsibilities:
  • Run daily errands, including delivery of company documents, packages, and mail
  • Assist with office tasks as needed, such as filing and photocopying
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
  • Provide support to various departments as directed by supervisor
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Assist with setting up and cleaning up for meetings and events.
  • Run various errands outside of the office, such as picking up lunch for the team, going to the post office or company storage.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email , Microsoft Office and web browsers

Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred
  • Familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and web browsers
