We are seeking a dynamic individual to join a vibrant team and play a central role in developing customer-facing interactive initiatives for key markets. In this position, you will directly influence how customers interact with the brand online, overseeing the execution of digital marketing initiatives across various owned digital channels, including the primary company website, email marketing, and related marketing platforms. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the production and flawless delivery of digital marketing initiatives across company-owned digital touchpoints.
  • Provide project oversight and accountability for sustain and confidential launches, including localization of global projects, new product introductions, new services, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Drive production timelines, collaborating with a network of agencies for localization, web development, digital content creation, post-production, and quality assurance.
  • Prioritize tasks and adeptly manage ongoing changes in real-time, consistently meeting tight deadlines.
  • Brief production agencies and provide ongoing localization direction, ultimately signing off on all assigned projects.
  • Collaborate deeply with brand managers and creative teams across the organization.
  • Maintain flexibility and openness, fostering collaboration between technical and non-technical groups.
  • Ensure direct communication with counterparts company-wide, managing workflows and evaluating deliverables and timelines.
  • Identify gaps and proactively seek opportunities based on product and market nuances.

  • Work closely with origination producers to collaboratively create bespoke initiatives that drive brand equity and business results in specific regions.

  • Adopt a hands-on approach, working effectively with creative, development, and cross-functional teams.

  • Track and manage imagery status of projects and provide weekly and daily status updates.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • Substantial years of experience and a strong track record in digital marketing and web project management, preferably gained at a design firm, ad agency, or in-house marketing communications or creative services department.
  • Relevant experience in marketing and digital communications across multiple channels and platforms.
