There are no industry-standard technical tools, certifications, or systems specific to the position of 'Non Graduate.' Soft skills and qualities such as motivation, adaptability, and a willingness to learn can support individuals who do not hold a degree in their careers. Focusing on job titles or roles with specific responsibilities offers a better framework for career development and relevant guidance.
