Position Overview

This entry-level CPA role is ideal for a newly licensed professional ready to apply their knowledge in a real-world environment. You’ll support financial operations across all three companies, gaining hands-on, real-world experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day accounting functions for all business entities
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and financial data
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
  • Prepare and review basic tax filings under supervision
  • Analyze financial information to identify trends or discrepancies
  • Collaborate with management to support financial decision-making
  • Maintain organized and accurate documentation across all companies
  • Participate in process improvements and internal control enhancements
Qualifications
