Job description

Job Summary:

Completes non-direct care tasks as assigned by the RN or LPN.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make beds, remove trash and tidy rooms.
  • Answer telephone and greet guests.
  • Pass hydration and snacks and document if applicable.
  • Serve drinks and meals in the dining. Remove dishes and clean tables in the dining areas following meal service.
  • Provide one on one observation as assigned.
  • Assist with facility activities.
  • Stock nursing supply items in supply areas and resident rooms such as briefs, wipes, personal care items.
  • Providing a comfortable, orderly and clean environment, as well as, inspecting, cleaning, and monitoring equipment and supplies in order to provide resident safety.
  • Answering call lights in a timely fashion.
