Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager for our Waltham site to provide on-site support and day-to-day management to the site's nursing staff, as well as continue to provide direct patient care.  This is an exciting, fast paced practice with a strong mission and commitment to quality care.

The Nurse Manager works collaboratively with the other clinic services, and is responsible for the day-to-day management of on-site clinical and patient related services; facilitates communication, coordination and planning between clinical departments and oversees interaction with other non-clinical departments.  Ensure smooth patient flow and daily clinical operations of the site.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1.         Bachelor's of Science Degree (Master's Preferred)

2.         Licensed in Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse.

3.         Strong experience in ambulatory family practice health care, program administration, clinical operations, and employee supervision.

4.         Good communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with people from diverse cultures.

5.         Experience with case management helpful.
