  • Deliver comprehensive one-on-one speech therapy sessions focused on improving communication, language proficiency, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing abilities.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with fellow healthcare providers, including occupational therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and family members to construct unified care plans.
  • Provide educational programming to patients and their loved ones to ensure consistent progress beyond the clinical setting.
  • Occasionally assist with inpatient evaluations and treatments, ensuring seamless care throughout the rehabilitation process.
  • Maintain precise and timely documentation according to regulations and institutional standards.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and educational opportunities to remain current in clinical practices.
Education
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution is required.
  • If not certified by ASHA, completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is expected.
Certifications
