The work is typically collaborative, involving cross-functional teams and departments within healthcare organizations, which can open doors to broader leadership or consulting roles.

What are non-bedside RN jobs?

Non-bedside RN jobs are nursing roles that do not involve direct patient care at a patient's bedside. Instead, these positions focus on areas such as case management, nursing informatics, education, administration, telehealth, and research.
