  • Up to 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment

A leading music streaming company seeks an NOC Analystto provide 24/7 operational support by monitoring enterprise networks, servers, and applications from a centralized Network Operations Center.
NOC Analyst Responsibilities:
  • Monitor enterprise networks, servers, applications, and system performance, proactively identifying issues, performing initial troubleshooting, documenting anomalies, and escalating incidents as needed to minimize operational impact.
  • Lead production incident communications by coordinating triage sessions, issuing notifications through email, phone, and text, updating senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders, and documenting incident resolution activities.
  • Create, update, and manage incident tickets while maintaining accurate operational logs, shift documentation, preventative maintenance records, and escalation procedures to ensure complete incident tracking and resolution.
  • Collaborate with IT Support, Operations, and cross-functional technical teams to resolve production issues, perform scheduled maintenance, execute network password resets, and support ongoing operational activities.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements, monitoring enhancements, documentation updates, operational efficiencies, and performance optimizations while identifying trends and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

NOC Analyst Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC), computer operations, or network operations environment.
  • Associate's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience monitoring enterprise systems, servers, applications, and network infrastructure in a production environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting, incident management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Experience using incident management and ticketing systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate technical and business stakeholders during production incidents.

Shift:
  • Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Shift will be set and consistent once assigned.
  • Additional shift coverages may be asked to cover TSOC activities.
