Most companies outline their drug testing policies, including details about THC testing, within their job postings or during initial candidate screenings. If a company does not require THC testing, this is sometimes explicitly stated to attract a broader applicant pool. It's also common for recruiters or HR representatives to clarify the company's stance on THC testing during interviews or offer discussions. If you're unsure, it's appropriate to ask about the company's drug testing policy before accepting an offer to ensure it aligns with your circumstances.

'No THC Test' means that the employer does not require job applicants or employees to undergo testing for THC, the psychoactive compound found in cannabis. This policy indicates that marijuana use, whether for medical or recreational purposes, will not be screened for as part of the hiring or employment process.
