The Route Challenge

As a Small Market Vehicle Route Driver - NO CDL Required, you’ll keep Viking Coca-Cola’s small-market customers stocked, serviced, and smiling—fast, accurate, and on schedule. This role exists to protect service consistency at every stop and make sure product arrives ready to sell.
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform pre-trip inspections; drive safely and defensively in line with traffic laws and safety compliance
- Deliver product, unload efficiently, and build neat, shopper-ready displays
- Collect payments, track inventory, and complete precise route paperwork
- Use handheld route-management technology for delivery confirmation and invoicing
Required knowledge & skills:
- Defensive driving mindset; strong understanding of traffic laws and federal/safety compliance
- Pre-trip inspection capability; comfort with handheld route tools
- Inventory and payment handling; basic math for invoices
- Clear written organization; strong verbal and interpersonal communication
