Contract Role Title: Grocery Delivery Driver (IC) – NO CDL Required

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Contract Rate: Up to $22.00 / hour


Contractor-Determined Schedule
Below is an example of peak delivery windows that contractors may elect to fulfill based on availability. The more availability a contractor has, the more delivery opportunities may be available.

Typical Delivery Windows:
Route Start Window(s) – 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Route Duration – 6 – 10 hours
Route Availability – Multi-day opportunities available (Opportunities include 1 weekend day)
Weekend Availability – Delivery opportunities available on Saturdays and Sundays


Statement of Work:
*** These are 1099 "Independent Contractors" not employees***

This opportunity is for a grocery delivery driver (IC) to provide driving services and related labor to deliver groceries to customers’ homes. The driver will sign an independent contractor operating agreement with an entity in the Priority Express family of businesses. The IC will pick up a sprinter van from the fulfillment center, conduct a pre-trip inspection of the sprinter van, deliver groceries to customers’ homes on time and safely, and return the sprinter van to the fulfillment center. In addition, the IC may move sprinter vans around the yard, work the docks, clean out the sprinter vans, and perform other related work in the warehouse.


Contractor Qualifications:

  • Minimum Age: Contractor must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Driver’s License: Contractor must maintain valid driver’s license (CDL not required).
  • Driving Experience: Contractor must have at least 1 year of driving experience.
  • Load Handling: Contractor must be able to lift/carry up to 10 lbs. repetitively and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
  • Communication Skills: IC must communicate professionally, clearly, and courteously with customers, partners, and site personnel.
  • Teamwork & Independence: IC must collaborate effectively with other ICs while also demonstrating initiative and the ability to manage tasks independently.
