Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Chiropractic Assistant to support our chiropractic office. This entry-level position does not require a license and provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a healthcare setting while assisting with both administrative and patient care tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients, answer phones, and manage appointment scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update files as needed.
  • Assist patients with forms, paperwork, and general inquiries.
  • Prepare treatment rooms and support chiropractors during patient care.
  • Collect and process payments, verify insurance, and handle billing assistance.
