Job description

Position Overview

Hennion & Walsh is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our growing financial services team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in wealth management and client service within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

The Client Service Associate will work closely with financial advisors and fellow service team members to support clients with account servicing, operational requests, paperwork processing, and day-to-day client communications. No securities licenses are required for this role.

Position Key Responsibilities
  • Support financial advisors and clients with account servicing and operational requests
  • Process asset transfers, money movement requests, account paperwork, and estate documentation
  • Answer inbound client service calls and respond to account-related inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Prepare and distribute account documents, forms, and new account packages
  • Maintain accurate client records and assist with account maintenance updates
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments and service team members to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment while maintaining strong attention to detail

The base salary range for this position is $45,000-$60,000 per year. Please note this role requires in-person attendance.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the position may also include other variable compensation and benefits including health benefits, 401(k) plan and paid time off.
