Job description

Are you a motivated sales professional with a knack for building strong relationships and closing deals? Do you want the freedom to start your workday from home while making a six-figure income? At Pella Windows and Doors SW, we're looking for a full-time Trade Sales Representative in Santa Fe, NM to grow our market share and deliver top-quality service to contractors and builders. Earn $100,000+/year with base pay, commission, bonuses, plus a sign-on bonus paid out over 6 months!

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR TRADE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

As a Trade Sales Representative, you go straight from home to meet with contractors, builders, and trade professionals in the Santa Fe, NM area. You will spend your day growing relationships, providing expert guidance on Pella's premium windows and doors, and helping customers choose the best solutions for their projects. You will take initiative in identifying new sales opportunities, presenting product demonstrations, and ensuring that every client receives exceptional service. Your ability to manage your sales pipeline, meet your goals, and stay ahead of market trends will be key to your success. Every sale you make brings you closer to earning big through commissions and bonuses while making a real impact in the building industry.

  • 2+ years of experience with sales
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
