Job Description

Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a forward-thinking AI-Driven Software Developer to help build custom applications and solutions using modern AI-assisted development practices for a contract postion. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has successfully leveraged AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle and is passionate about increasing development speed, quality, and innovation through AI.

This role will focus on greenfield development projects, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to design, build, test, and deploy custom solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement custom software applications from concept to deployment.
  • Utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Develop scalable, maintainable, and secure application architectures.
  • Create and execute testing strategies, leveraging AI tools where appropriate.
  • Generate and maintain technical documentation using AI-enabled workflows.
  • Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend opportunities for adoption.

The base range for this contract position is $80.00 - $110.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors.
