Observa e informa sobre actividades e incidentes en un sitio asignado del cliente, proporcionando seguridad y protección para la propiedad y el personal del cliente. Controla el acceso al sitio o instalación del cliente mediante el proceso de admisión. Patrulla el sitio asignado a pie o en vehículo; verifica condiciones inseguras, peligros, puertas sin seguro, violaciones de seguridad, entradas y salidas bloqueadas, problemas mecánicos y personas no autorizadas.
Protege la evidencia o la escena de un incidente en caso de accidentes, emergencias o investigaciones de seguridad. Responde a incidentes como incendios, emergencias médicas, amenazas de bomba, inundaciones, descarga de agua, emergencias en ascensores, materiales peligrosos, clima severo y otros eventos.
Prepara registros e informes según sea necesario. Las tareas o funciones específicas pueden variar y documentarse por separado. Es posible que no se requiera que el empleado realice todas las funciones enumeradas. Responds to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents. Prepares logs and reports as required. Specific duties or tasks may vary and be documented separately. The employee might not be required to perform all functions listed. Additional duties may be assigned, and functions may be modified, according to business necessity.

With or without reasonable accommodation, the physical and mental requirements of this job may include the following: seeing, hearing, speaking, and writing clearly. Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling. Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain. Additional physical requirements may include, frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
