  • Create, edit, and maintain manufacturing work instructions, assembly procedures, test documentation, and operational processes.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Support teams to capture process changes, updates, and future build requirements.
  • Develop accurate written and visual instructions for complex assembly and test operations.
  • Conduct audits of work instructions and guide technicians through documentation reviews and process validation activities.
  • Interpret engineering schematics, 3D models, diagrams, layouts, and verbal requirements to improve technical content.
  • Support continuous improvement projects focused on manufacturing efficiency, quality, and process consistency.
  • Maintain timely updates and corrections resulting from manufacturing escalations and engineering changes.

Job Requirements What You'll Bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in technical writing, manufacturing engineering, production support, process documentation, or related manufacturing environments.
  • 2+ years of experience creating, editing, or maintaining technical work instructions, procedures, assembly documentation, or manufacturing process documentation.
  • 1+ years of experience supporting manufacturing operations, production processes, or assembly/test environments involving complex systems.
  • 1+ years of experience reviewing documentation for compliance with engineering requirements, quality standards, and manufacturing processes.
  • 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related experience, advanced degree with relevant experience, or equivalent work experience.
