Gynecology Opportunity - No Call, Exceptional Work-Life Balance

This 100% gynecology position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to practice high-quality medicine in a supportive, low-volume setting without call, weekends, or obstetric responsibilities. Shape your practice the way you envision it, including the option to incorporate robotic surgery.


Practice Overview


  • You'll join a collaborative team with 1 PA, 1 midwife, and supportive family physicians and general surgeons
  • No OB responsibilities, position strictly gynecology-focused, with no call or delivery duties
  • Wide range of procedures including D robotic surgery available if desired (equipment approved)
  • Oversight of PA included (with additional stipend) and outreach clinic 2x/month at nearby partner site

Schedule


  • Flexible 4-day workweek promoting excellent work-life balance
  • No call, no weekends, and no inpatient responsibilities
  • Approximately 90 GYN visits per month (shared with PA)
  • Strong on-site support with 3 ORs, 4 CRNAs, and access to specialty care through UW

Compensation & Benefits


  • 300,000 base salary + 30,000 bonus + RVU
  • Signing bonus and Relocation allowance
  • 24 days PTO (includes CME, vacation, holidays) + 7,000 CME stipend
  • Loan repayment assistance and PSLF eligibility
