What should I expect when relocating for a job with no prior experience, and how does a relocation package typically help?

A relocation package can ease this transition by covering moving costs, temporary housing, and sometimes travel expenses, allowing you to focus on settling into your new environment and role. Employers often provide guidance or connect you with local contacts, and you may work closely with onboarding teams or mentors to help you adjust both professionally and personally.
