Nelson Creek Ranch located at SE35-12-2-W5 and SE36-8-1-W5 MD of Pincher Creek, AB is seeking a Ranch Forman. English speaking workplace. Rural Area. Remote location. Full-time, permanent position:Wage: $21.25/hourExperience: 3 yearsBenefits: Health package after one year.Education: High SchoolDuties: Oversee and manage all ranch operations as directed by the owners. Low stress handling of cattle. Manage daily livestock care, direct ranch staff. Work cattle from horseback. Arrange for veterinary care as needed. Manage grazing rotations as needed. Pasture Management. Oversee the haying work in the summer. Oversee the hauling of water to dry pasture. Establish safety protocols and ensure they are followed.
