What You'll Do

When production slows down, your work becomes even more important. You'll help ensure our equipment is ready to perform when the next shift arrives.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment 
  • Weld, fabricate, and repair piping, conveyor systems, and structural components 
  • Install and replace bearings, gearboxes, motors, belts, rollers, and other mechanical components 
  • Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled equipment inspections 
  • Identify potential mechanical issues before they lead to downtime 
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, torches, manlifts, telehandlers, and skid loaders 
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas 
  • Follow all safety policies and lockout/tagout procedures 
  • Work independently while communicating effectively with supervisors and production personnel 
What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who brings:

  • Experience as a Millwright, Industrial Mechanic, or Mechanical Maintenance Technician 
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills 
  • Welding and fabrication experience 
  • Experience working with conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, pumps, and rotating equipment 
  • Ability to read measuring tools and perform precision repairs 
  • Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus 
  • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship 
  • Valid driver's license 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Welding certification 
  • Industrial manufacturing, quarry, or aggregate experience 
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic systems experience 
  • Rigging or crane experience 
Work Environment

This position works in an active industrial environment both indoors and outdoors.

The ideal candidate is comfortable:
