To thrive as a No Experience Medical Spa RN, you need an active RN license, basic clinical skills, and a willingness to learn aesthetic procedures. Familiarity with EHRs and training in cosmetic devices or injectables, often obtained through on-the-job training or manufacturer-led certification courses, is advantageous.
