Machine Operator - $20/hr | Hiring ImmediatelyJob Overview

We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will help produce labels, shelf strips, posters, and price tags used by grocery stores. If you have experience working with machines in a manufacturing or production environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor production and lamination machines.
  • Set up machines and complete basic machine changeovers.
  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues when needed.
  • Work on different machines after training.
  • Assist with general production tasks to support the team.
  • Follow quality and safety standards throughout the shift.
Requirements
  • At least 6 months of machine operating experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience.
  • Ability to perform machine setups and changeovers.
  • Basic mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Previous printing or press machine experience is a plus, but not required.
Work Environment
  • Clean and climate-controlled facility.
  • Production area can be noisy and may have a mild ink smell.
  • Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes are required.
  • Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
