We are a leading global manufacturer of advanced car wash systems with a business philosophy that has remained constant: simplify the design and use high-quality materials to build reliable and durable car wash components.
Job Summary:
The primary duty of the Mechanical Engineer will be CAD Design of car wash equipment and car wash tunnel layouts. The Mechanical Engineer must possess strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to bring engineering projects from concept to completion.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Design mechanical systems, components, and products using CAD software.
  • Create and update equipment manuals.
  • Design building and site layouts.
  • Designs, modifies and upgrades equipment and creates Bill of Material for implementation into ERP/JobBoss system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and documentation.
  • Provide technical support during the manufacturing process.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot mechanical issues in existing systems.
  • CNC machine and tube laser programming.
  • Verify specifications for design data, such as configuration of parts, dimensions, and tolerances.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned

Qualification / Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Sound knowledge and use of Inventor and AutoCAD.
  • Experience with parametric modeling, assemblies, sheet metal fabrication.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Machine shop experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
