Interventional Radiology Physician Locum Tenens California

A hospital in California is seeking a Locum Interventional Radiology Physician for full-time coverage starting April 5, 2026. Preference for local candidates, though all qualified physicians are encouraged to apply.

Schedule

  • 8 12 hour shifts depending on case volume

  • Weekday and weekend coverage required

  • No call

Practice Details

  • Hospital-based setting

  • Epic EMR

  • 3 Interventional Radiology NPs providing support

  • Full-time coverage needed

Procedures Include
Angiography (mesenteric, pulmonary, renal, arterial run-off), venous & arterial stents, embolization (GI, tumor, uterine, splenic), renal/iliac stents, thrombolysis, CT-guided RF ablations, central venous lines, port placements, dialysis fistula interventions, TIPS, percutaneous drainage, image-guided biopsies (excluding CNS/spine), and biliary interventions.

Requirements

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology

  • Active California license required
