Compensation

Base plus commission - most of our design consultants earn over $100,000 annually, and our top designers make up to $180,000 a year.

As a member of our design consultant team, you will:
  • Receive extensive training at our corporate headquarters on Stoneside's products and proven sales process
  • Go on approximately ten appointments per week where you meet with our clients in their homes or office
  • Learn about our customer's needs and design preferences
  • Develop custom proposals to address their needs and tastes
  • Enter our client's orders into our automated system
  • Make no cold calls
Qualifications and Skills
  • A proven track record of sales success
  • Passion and talent for interior design

  • Full-time availability with the ability to work two Saturdays per month
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current liability car insurance
  • Ability to lift a maximum of 35 lbs
  • Live within 30 miles of downtown
