Lo que harás:
  • Identificar y resolver problemas técnicos de hardware y software, incluyendo instalaciones y reparaciones.
  • Brindar asistencia técnica de segundo nivel a usuarios vía telefónica, en persona o remota.
  • Manejar controles de acceso y seguridad de las facilidades.
  • Gestionar el directorio activo y licenciamiento en MS Azure.
  • Mantener la integridad de la data de la empresa en MS SharePoint.
  • Realizar inventario físico de equipos tecnológicos y mantener inventario de repuestos.
  • Documentar cambios y actualizaciones de sistemas a través del Help Desk.
  • Responder a emergencias operacionales según sea necesario.

Lo que buscamos:
  • Bachillerato en Sistemas de Información, Ciencias en Computadoras o campo relacionado.
  • 3 a 5 años de experiencia en roles de apoyo en sistemas de información.
  • Licencia de conducir vigente en P.R.
  • Experiencia en manejo y configuración de plataformas en la nube (Azure) y del portal administrativo de Microsoft 365.
  • Conocimiento avanzado en la suite de Microsoft y sistemas operativos Windows y Mac.
  • Capacidad de levantar y mover equipos de hasta 50 libras.
  • Destrezas orientadas al servicio al cliente y capacidad de trabajar con poca supervisión.
  • Excelente comunicación oral y escrita en español e inglés.
