We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Specialist to support our financial operations and administrative functions. This role is essential in ensuring accuracy in financial records, timely client billing, and high-quality internal and external communication.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform reconciliations to keep financial records accurate and up to date
  • Prepare and process client billing in compliance with requirements and regulations
  • Work with accounting systems
  • Support daily operations through correspondence, data entry, and administrative tasks
  • Collaborate across departments while also working independently.
  • Uphold high standards of accuracy, organization, and confidentiality

What We’re Looking For

· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
