Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

If you love creating memorable experiences, thrive in a fastmoving environment, and enjoy both the creative and operational sides of event planning, this role will feel like home. As our Event Planner, you'll bring events to life for clients, brokers, internal teams, and senior leaders; from intimate happy hours to multiday retreats and international programs.

This is a role where you'll have real autonomy, real visibility, and real impact.

What You'll Do

Plan and execute a wide range of events

  • You'll independently manage smaller and midsized events endtoend, while partnering on our major annual programs

Lead logistics and operations

  • Source venues (including onsite visits for major events)

  • Coordinate vendors, travel partners, transportation, and activities

  • Manage registration workflows and attendee communication

  • Support onsite execution with full authority to resolve issues

Drive organization and process

  • Build timelines, task lists, and event documentation

  • Track expenses, manage invoices, and support forecasting

  • Create and improve templates and processes that help the team scale

  • Use Salesforce/Pardot to build event communications and workflows

Collaborate across the business

  • You'll work closely with Marketing, Procurement, Legal, Shared Services, and senior leaders - becoming a trusted partner who keeps everyone aligned and informed.
Why You'll Love Working With Us

The team is truly the standout here. You'll work with people who support each other, communicate openly, and make even the busiest seasons feel manageable. Every year brings new product lines, new events, and new challenges which keeps the work exciting and full of opportunity.
