Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Entry Level Assembler (1st Shift). The hourly rate for this position is $19.80/hr per hour. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program

What you'll do: Set up, assembly, and repairing when necessary Perform quality and SPC checks where necessary to produce good quality devices Share in handling all materials used in the cell and the movement of finished devices to designated areas Adhere to and support all facility environmental guidelines and procedures to identify additional pollution prevention projects to reduce waste and raw material consumption. Position Criteria: Must stand up to 8 hours a day Requires hand speed and mental agility Strong Work Ethic Attention to detail (accuracy) Consistent overtime Proficient using hand/power tools Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Must have a high school diploma/GED from and accredited association No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate Lincoln, IL area (70 miles) will be considered for this position.
