Job Description

We're looking for:

  • Motivated, hardworking, goal-oriented people.
  • As a Driver for 725, it will be your job to be safe and professional in all aspects of the job. 

What you’ll do:

  • Drive a company provided cargo van, delivering 200+ packages each day, no cubical or office work, no one looking over your shoulder all day.
  • Safely and accurately deliver packages in any weather Cleveland throws at you
  • Be friendly when greeting customers and their pets.
  • Stay active throughout the day- lots of people treat their workday as a cardio workout!
  • Plan for a 10-hour day, full-time is four days
    • A weekend shift is required
  • Communicate with the team- good communication makes the team stronger!

What you’ll need:

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Possess a valid driver’s license in the state of Ohio
  • Proficient in English sufficient to meet US DOT standard of ability to read road signs and communicate with regulatory personnel
  • Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 10 hours long, including climbing in and out of a cargo van 150 or more times a day and walking to the point of delivery
  • Ability to safely operate and navigate a cargo van up to gross weight 10,000 lbs. in all weather conditions
  • Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds
  • Capable of moving up and down stairs while carrying packages to a point of delivery
