The Clinical Data Specialist at Iterative Health plays a critical role in supporting clinical trial operations across the Iterative Health research network. This position is responsible for conducting detailed EHR reviews to identify potential clinical trial candidates, supporting patient recruitment efforts, maintaining research databases, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the patient pre-screening process.

Where You'll Drive Impact

Clinical Trial Patient Identification & Screening
  • Review electronic health records (EHRs) to identify patients who may qualify for active clinical research studies.
  • Interpret study protocols and eligibility criteria to determine appropriate patient populations for recruitment.
  • Build and maintain databases of potential study participants across multiple research programs.
  • Document patient pre-screening activities and findings in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with research sites and clinical teams to support participant recruitment initiatives.
Research Operations Support
  • Support research sites within the Iterative Health network through data collection, documentation, and operational coordination activities.

What You Bring to the Team
