Our ABA program focuses on social, communication, daily living skills and more.THE BASICS Pay: We offer a competitive pay range of $18 - $25 per hour + extensive employee benefits with part-time/full time opportunities +annual raises. YOUR DAY AS AN REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT) As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will spend your days providing one-on-one ABA services to our clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. Your mornings and afternoons will be filled with engaging and enjoyable sessions, tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences. You will collect data during each session to track progress and write detailed session notes to document development.
