Job Description:

Daily Responsibilities:
Workers will assist the Florida Contact Center and also support the IL team with recent membership acquisitions
Work alongside permanent Contact Center Agents
Assist Members and Providers with general inquiries (benefit clarification, new ID cards, etc.)
Hours for this Position:
Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm only

Qualifications/ Requirements:
HS Diploma/GED
At least 0-2 years call center/customer service experience
MS Office proficiency (Excel & Outlook) with good data entry of at least 40 WPM
Comfortable toggling multiple applications, multi-tasker, typing while on the phone
Experience assisting members with questions and setting them up with marketplace coverage, health plan/managed care experience
