Production Operator

Location: Mauston, WI

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift and 2nd Shift Opportunities Available Overtime opportunities available based on business needs

Looking for a hands-on job where you can stay active, learn new skills, and build a long-term career?

MasterMold is hiring Production Operators to support our Paint and Press Departments. This position is responsible for producing high-quality parts, operating manufacturing equipment, inspecting products, and helping ensure customer expectations are met.

No manufacturing experience? That's okay. We are willing to train reliable individuals who are motivated to learn and grow.

What You'll Do:

  • Operate manufacturing equipment and production presses
  • Load and unload parts throughout the production process
  • Inspect parts for quality and cosmetic defects
  • Trim, finish, sand, buff, and polish products as needed
  • Weigh, cut, and prepare raw materials
  • Assemble and package finished products
  • Follow work instructions and quality standards
  • Use hand tools and pneumatic tools safely
  • Support production goals while maintaining quality expectations
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
