Job description

The City of Leavenworth is seeking qualified, motivated applicants to perform a wide variety of routine, technical, engineering related work in the area of construction inspection, interpretation of plans and specifications, documentation of construction activities and other related engineering work for either a Construction Inspector I or Construction Inspector II depending on experience.

Construction Inspector I: Min. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year general construction experience; KDOT Inspector Certification within 2 years; and a valid drivers license. Anticipated Salary Range: $43,081 - $53,851 (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Construction Inspector II: Min. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; at least 2 years general construction experience; KDOT Inspector Certification within 1 year; and a valid drivers license. Anticipated Salary Range: $44,804 $56,005 (dependent on qualifications and experience)
