Job Summary:

As a Lead at Refreshed Tech, you will play a critical role in our mission to refurbish and revitalize electronic devices. You will lead a team of associates, overseeing the refurbishing process, ensuring the highest quality standards, and contributing to our commitment to sustainability.

Essential Duties, Functions and Responsibilities:Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a team of associates, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to maximize team performance.
Quality Control:
  • Maintain and enforce strict quality control standards to ensure refurbished devices meet or exceed industry benchmarks.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality audits on refurbished products.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and defects promptly.
Expertise:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and repair techniques.
  • Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of electronic devices, including laptops, smartphones, tablets, and more.
  • Provide technical guidance and assistance to team members as needed.
Inventory Management:
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of refurbished products and spare parts.
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure a steady supply of necessary components.

Process Improvement:
  • Continuously evaluate and improve refurbishing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
