Optician 1 -Caldwell, ID$18-$20.50/Hour | Patient-Focused Opportunity
Looking for a job where you can work with people, learn new skills, and make a difference every day?
We're hiring an Optician 1 to join a patient-focused eye care practice in Caldwell, ID.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, working with patients, and being part of a team. Optical experience is a plus, but it's not required. We're willing to train the right person who has a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn.
What You'll Do
As an Optician 1, you'll help create a positive experience for patients from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities include:
  • Welcoming and assisting patients
  • Answering phones and assisting with patient questions
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Checking patients in and out
  • Assisting patients with their optical needs
  • Providing friendly, professional customer service
  • Helping patients understand their visit and next steps
  • Handling front desk and administrative duties
  • Maintaining accurate patient information
  • Working with the practice team to keep the office running smoothly
