These projects are designed to help you become familiar with the organization's technology stack and workflow while building practical skills under the guidance of more experienced engineers. You may also be paired with a mentor or work within a supportive team, allowing you to ask questions and learn collaboratively. As you demonstrate competence and initiative, you will gradually take on more complex assignments and responsibilities. This structured approach ensures you grow your technical skills and confidence early in your career.
