Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours/week | 1-hour lunch

Job Summary:-
We are seeking a customer-focused Service Specialist to provide high-quality support to clients utilizing background screening services. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, a professional phone presence, and the ability to manage high-volume inbound and outbound interactions while meeting established service-level expectations.

Key Responsibilities:-
Provide quality customer service through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
Support clients with background screening and related service inquiries.
Follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion within established service-level agreements.
Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound customer communications.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and activities.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Develop and maintain working knowledge of assigned products, services, policies, and procedures.
Utilize various business systems and software applications to complete daily responsibilities.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with leadership to implement improvements.
Prioritize and organize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
Serve as a resource or mentor to less experienced team members.
Meet established performance, quality, and productivity goals.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
