Job description

We are looking for a full-time Service Desk Coordinator with excellent customer service and sales experience to answer phones, book appointments, and assist with guest and student services in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact, you'll help create a welcoming environment and ensure smooth operations in our clinic classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and students warmly, maintaining a welcoming service desk.
  • Book appointments and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
  • Promote and sell beauty products and services.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient service desk.
