What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll become the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service.

You'll:

• Welcome customers with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Listen carefully to their concerns

• Help schedule repairs and maintenance

• Explain recommended services in an easy-to-understand way

• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process

• Work closely with technicians to ensure an outstanding experience

• Build lasting relationships with customers who return year after year

No automotive knowledge is necessary—we'll teach you everything you need to know.
