Direct Support Professional
Join our team and support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living independent, meaningful lives. Build relationships, teach life skills, and assist with daily routines in a rewarding, purpose-driven role.
Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living and personal care
  • Support social and life skills
  • Engage in activities and build relationships
  • Maintain a safe, clean environment
  • Complete daily documentation
Qualifications:
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable
  • Willing to actively engage with individuals
  • Able to pass a background check
  • High school diploma or equivalent
No experience required – paid training provided!
