A.R. Mazzotta is partnering with a growing aerospace manufacturer to hire a Manufacturing Process Engineer. In this highly visible role, you'll serve as the link between Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, and Production—helping ensure materials, documentation, and manufacturing processes come together to keep production on schedule and customers satisfied.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing routers, travelers, and work instructions
  • Create and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs), work orders, and manufacturing documentation within the ERP/MRP system
  • Coordinate production sequencing to improve efficiency and support on-time delivery
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, and Production to keep projects moving smoothly
  • Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvements
  • Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure manufacturing documentation meets aerospace quality standards and customer requirements
Preferred Experience
  • Aerospace or other highly regulated manufacturing
  • High-mix, low-volume production
  • AS9100, ISO 9001, First Article Inspection, or similar quality systems
  • Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma
  • Familiarity with machining, outside processing, and manufacturing documentation
