Job description

We are seeking an experienced full-time Residential Service Plumber to join our team! We have no shortage of work and a 30+ year base of established customers.
Responsibilities:

  • Perform plumbing installs, repairs, and diagnostics- sewer and drain cleaning, hot water tanks, sump pumps, garbage disposals, water leaks, inside gas leaks, outdoor plumbing, installation and repair of faucets, sinks, toilets, tubs, showers, water pressure issues, and more. 
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Perform all work to code and be able to pass any plumbing inspection
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • 3 years minimum previous experience working for a plumbing company as a service plumber
  • Ability to use plumbing tools, sewer & drain cleaning equipment
  • Must pass a drug test and background check
  • Must have a clean driving record for insurance requirements
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay:

Pay is commission-based, with a 30% base pay that increases to 35% if weekly goals are met. A 35% commission is easily attainable for a highly experienced and motivated plumber. This is an outstanding opportunity to make a substantial amount of money. No cap on earnings.
