Job description

Adult Residential Support Professional

Location: Waukesha County, WI
Schedule: Part-time | 1st Shift | Every Saturday & Sunday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan (LSS) is seeking a compassionate Adult Residential Support Professional to join our team at Aspen Center, a residential addiction treatment program serving adult men. In this role, you'll provide hands-on support to residents as they work toward recovery and long-term sobriety in a safe, structured environment.

What You'll Do

  • Support, monitor, and encourage residents while serving as a positive role model
  • Assist with daily living activities, housekeeping, meals, and life skills
  • Complete documentation and maintain confidential client records
  • Monitor or administer medications according to program policies
  • Respond to emergencies and crisis situations appropriately
  • Transport residents to appointments, meetings, and community activities
  • Collect urine specimens and administer breathalyzer tests as needed
  • Lead educational groups and support residents in achieving treatment goals
  • Attend required trainings and staff meetings

Qualifications
