  • Support solution delivery by collaborating with technology teams to scope, prototype, test, and validate solutions.
  • Participate in hands-on solution building using low-code/no-code and AI-assisted tools, including user acceptance testing and documentation.
  • Contribute to enterprise initiatives by supporting prioritization, ROI development, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Continuously build knowledge of internal systems, AI tools, and business functions to drive innovation and adoption.

Perks of the job

  • Enhance your leadership and communication skills with the opportunity to lead and collaborate with various professionals, from Executives to front-line workers.
  • Competitive Compensation.
  • RRSP Matching.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) with 1–3 years in business analysis, consulting, or process improvement.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between business needs and technical requirements.
  • Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and working with stakeholders across multiple levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365; exposure to Power Platform, AI tools, data visualization, or low-code platforms is an asset.
  • Curious, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset with a strong interest in technology, continuous improvement, and learning new tools.
