General Job Description
Quick Hire Opportunity!
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations at our Huntsville, AL location.
This position is responsible for a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and performing physical tasks throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries to verify accuracy and condition of items.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for customer delivery or transfer.
  • Stock materials in designated areas and maintain organized inventory throughout the warehouse.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently, including frequent mounting and dismounting.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness by removing trash, sweeping, and organizing materials.
  • Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound orders.
  • Ensure products are labeled and stored according to company standards.
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
  • Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE and equipment.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

  • High School diploma or GED equivalency
  • 1+ years of warehouse experience (preferred)
  • Ability to pass all required safety training, background checks, and drug screening
  • Valid Alabama Driver's License with a clean driving record

  • Self-motivated, punctual, and dependable with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
  • Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, reach, twist, and climb as required for warehouse tasks
  • Ability to frequently mount and dismount forklifts and other material handling equipment
  • Ability to work in environments with exposure to dust, noise, temperature fluctuations, and moving machinery
  • Adequate vision, hearing, and manual dexterity to safely operate equipment and perform job duties
